The Zakher Pelican, recently brought into service in the Middle East by Zakher Marine, and described by its owners as a "Utility Vessel", hence the four point mooring system, although like everything these days it has DPII available. We had never heard of Zakher Marine until this picture was received, so the company will be featured in "Ship Information" when we get to Z.
