ENSCO MARINE

Ensco Marine used to be a division of Ensco International which is, in 2009, an American company owning and operating a large number of mobile drilling units. Like some other drilling rig owners they have in the past dabbled in the ownership of offshore support vessels, and at the turn of the century Ensco Marine operated a fleet of what were effectively classic American supply vessels.

At some time between 2002 and 2005 they seem to have disposed of the whole fleet, which in 2000 consisted of four anchor-handlers and 28 platform ships, possibly to Tidewater.

A small sample of the former fleet is detailed here for the interest of our visitors. Obviously they should all really be in "disposals".
