NOR OFFSHORE

Nor Offshore is a Singapore based company providing marine support to the offshore industry in the Far East and Australia. The shares are held by the Norwegian ship owner Solstad and the Singapore organisation Nortrans. The latter have mainly been engaged in tanker operations up to the time of the incorporation of Nor Offshore.

On 14th April 2011 Solstad purchased the Nortrans share capital of the company and so became the sole owner of Nor Offshore. Since the last update one ship seems to have been sold and no additions to the fleet made. And how did I miss it? The name of the company was changed to Solstad Offshore Asia Pacific. Could this be SOAP? No they must have twigged this one, it is SOAPAC.
