The Serkeborg, an unusual vessel owned by 'Royal Wagenborg'. It apparently has a winch but no roller, and is currently engaged in pipe carrying out of Den Helder. The company claims to have focus on offshore activities in the Caspian and in Russian offshore waters, which may account for its slightly unusual look.
