Surprisingly we get few photographs from Aberdeen, causing me at times to take photos using the Marex webcam, so it was good to receive this from Scott Boulter. It is the VOS Lismore which used once to be a small Seaforth platform ship. 'What were they thinking we might ask. But there was once a view that when the very early platform ships were scrapped some-one would want similarly sized replacements. Photo posted here on 13th November 2013.
