Offshore vessel anoraks will realise that this vessel is an unusual departure for Esvagt who have up to now specialised in standby vessels of extreme sophistication. This ship looks like a run of the mill mid range anchor-handle, and indeed it was purchased from Tidewater who seem to specialise in mid range run of the mill anchor-handlers.
