DELBA MARITIMA

Delba Maritima is reported by the Seabrokers Monthly Newsletter as being a company owned by Brazilian entrepreneur Mr Newton Lins and the French offshore company SURF.

In 2004, the last time this page was updated, the company owned no ships but was building three UT 722s in Brazil for eventual long term charter with Petrobras. The three UT 722s were to be of different specifications, ranging in power from 12,240 to 14,410 BHP.

During 2010 the company was purchased by Bourbon Offshore who have added vessels to the fleet, and changed the name. Hence this will be the last change to this page and the story will be continued on the Bourbon Offshore Maritima page.
