GULF
MARINE DE BRASIL
|
Like many other offshore owners, GulfMark have located
themselves in Brasil and are bulding ships
locally to conform with the Brasilian
legislative requirements. For more information
about the company have a look at the other
GulfMark pages.
The ships which
have, to the British, very strange titles are
part of a fleet purchased by the company from
Rigdon Marine, a company with a colourful short
history.
At the time of the
2013 review two of the Brazil fleet had been
transferred to South East Asia. There were no
other changes.
At the time of
the March 2015 review the Highland Warrior had
been sold. About time one might say. There were
no other changes to the Brasil fleet.
