This company is wholly owned by Rimorchiatori Riuniti of Genova. There are a number of the parent company's vessels operating in Brazil, and this organisation was set up with the intent of making the most of Brazil's legislation. To this end at the time of writing one vessel has been constructed locally, and another is under construction. Whether anything further will be done during the current oversupply is unknown (2009).

Since the last review the changes which have occurred seem to be limited to the fact that there have been no additions to the fleet, and now no vessels on the newbuilding lists.

At the time of the 2014 review there seems to have been no vessels added to the fleet, although the name may have been changed to Finarge Apoio Maritimo.

At the time of the 2015 review the company information states that it mow manages the FD Honourable on behalf of Fratelli d'Amato. It is included on this page as well as that of the owners. The company also claims to manages seven other vessels on behalf of others, although we do not know at present which they are.
