By the beginning of 2007 anyone with any money to spare wanted to get into the oil industry in one way or another. A mobile unit which had had a value of about $16,000,000 in 2004 was sold in early 2006 for $100,000,000 which was thought by many to be an amazing price, but it was later sold again for $160,000,000.

Nordcapital, a German group seemed to be following this particular money trail and have developed an interest in offshore support vessels. In 2006 they ordered eight UT755s from Aker yards.

In February 2007 it was announced that they had purchased the three VS470 Mk IIs, managed by Harms Bergung but apparently owned by another money company.

Today (June 2009) the ships are managed as part of the E.R.Schiffahrt group which operates container vessels, and bulk carriers as well as its offshore fleet.

By 2013 there had been no changes to the fleet since 2011, nor appaerenly have there been any at the 2014 review.

At the 2015 review there had been no changes to the fleet. Although a newbuilding report early this year indicated that they have two ships on order from Vietnam.
