Noordhoek Offshore (Now N-Sea)is a small Dutch company specialising in survey and construction support. At the time of writing (March 2010) they are operating the Noordhoek Singapore which has been theirs for a number of years. They have, according to their website taken delivery of the Noordhoek Constructor from a Japanese yard, and this vessel is on route to Europe. They have a second vessel still under construction.

As it turned out this new construction proved to be a problem for Noordhoek and by the beginning of 2011 they were experiencing major financial problems. This resulted in a rescue deal being arranged and for the Noordhoek Pathfinder being owned by Hanzevast. According to a press release on their site the company is now called N-Sea, but for the moment we'll keep the old name. It is after all the same company. The website implies that the Noordhoek Singapore and the Noordhoek Constructor have been sold. It appears that both the Pathfinder and the Constructor were purchased by Hanzevast Shipping, who are operating the Constructor, now called the Constructor, themselves.

At the 2013 review N-Sea has not increased the size of the fleet, but offers a plethora of support services. They have a press release on their site which says they have hired the Northern River from Serco. Serco is the company which provides support to the UK MOD - Ministry of Defense. Do they own the Northern River then? I know that this site is supposed to provide answers but sometimes we just can't.

At the 2014 review the company still own the Pathfinder and have added the Siem Stork to the fleet list. We assume that the latter is a charter, or bareboat, but it is included here.
